Concrete process

The electromechanical dynamic compressing method has already been proven worldwide. Rimac company is the exclusive owner of the system and has a worldwide protection. The compression system has a vertical head tamping with (2, 4 or 8 hammers) which compacts to 8 N/mm² on a plate, distributing the force over the whole of the compressed element (preforced).

This compression system provides products, even the finest, a high mechanical performance, a geometric regularity and exceptional finishing quality, recommended for heavy duty technical infrastructure. It allows manufacturers to meet the diverse needs of the building and public works. This process also allows compression to produce materials aggregated-based recycling, more value in addition to the savings of approximately 50% water and cement.

This general process can employ four different presses of various capacities, three of them can be part of an industrial production line capable of:

  • manufacturing various products of different shapes and size (as long and wide as 1.2*1.2m, with heights ranging from 2 to 22 cm) with possible facing thickness
  • presetting chamfers, textures, motifs or stone imitations etc.
  • producing a large and varied range of products (special shaped blocks, lego blocks, pavers, pannels, borders, roof tiles, walkways, gutters, insulated blcoks etc.)

All the presses can be equipped with vibrating engines for the production of special products.

The presses are designed with the concern of mold optimization. All of them can be equipped with multifunctionnal molds that offer the production of 8 different products with only a digital setting. With three molds, up to 17 different blocks can be produced with no effort from the manufacturer.
